Ringen: to warm in: arm bars and leg throws.
Sword and buckler: flow drills, concentrating on doing and allowing the body to move around the sword.
As last night: 3's half and enter, the ordinary v/s stab knock, the bind, then similar for 2nd ward.
Longsword: parrying and counter winds, one thing I have noticed is people hitting to the sword to prevent the follow on move, allow the follow on move, that's how you learn to prevent it...if you prevent it before it's done, they will do something else.
