Training schedule w/c 7th march


Most classes this week:
Rapier: again working against attacks on the straight line
Ringen: wrist controls and disengages leading to a leg throw, "over the back" and arm bar.
Longsword: again coming to the bind and the three way drill (we will be expanding on this this week).
Sword and buckler: controlled coached sparring.


Another reminder that you need to get your insurance money in. If i have it already, I'll need your details. see you there, train hard, Dave
